Originally from New Orleans, John moved to Chicago in 2011 after completing his graduate medical and business education. Alongside Dr. Hohlastos, John formed Spectrum Health Partners to leverage our extensive experience and relationships in the industry to deliver bespoke ambulatory healthcare solutions at various sites of care. John has spearheaded efforts to improve same site growth and in a business development capacity for new growth, doubling the size of his last firm. He has experience working with physician-owned businesses, publicly traded entities, and recapitalized portfolio practices.

With a background in engineering and business, John actively consults for several digital health ventures at various stages of growth and is also a certified EPIC physician-builder. His leadership in quality improvement and performance optimization at the practice, hospital, and health system levels has generated his reputation as an innovative physician-executive, emergency department chairman, and associate CMO.
